Hot Hand Job Movies

How do you persuade someone to start a blog? I've got an internet friend. Internet friend? Is that the right word for someone you only know over the net? He's my only internet friend, BTW. My other friends are all here in Liverpool. Except for K, but that's another story. And they all love hand job movies!
Back to Internet Friend, then. He doesn't want a blog "in case I become famous like Salam Pax" See post below. As if all blogs are so widely read that the writer can claim to be "famous"...
Internet Friend lives in Algeria (that's why I chose to do a presentation on Algeria at uni a few weeks ago. I thought maybe he would help. Help? Would he heck!) He writes well, and he's always got something to say. Something proper to say, nothing like the way some bloggers (I'm guilty as charged!) ramble on sometimes. There's nobody blogging from Algeria, which is wierd cos I think almost every country's got people writing about it at the moment. Perhaps it's not allowed? Perhaps setting up sites on the internet is restricted over there? I doubt hand job movies are though. I don't know.
Here in the UK Algeria is not often mentioned in the media, and when it is, it's because of terrorists or illegal immigrants. There must be more to it than that? That's why I think it would be good to have a "normal" person writing "normal" stuff, for a change!
